Returns & Exchanges

Jason Wu Studio accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed once our studio inspects the arrival.
